How To Submit A Missing Credit Request?
Q: Why do I need to file a missing credit request?
A: This is not for everyone. ONLY for those who completed an offer and the credit has NOT yet been applied.
The instructions for filing a missing credit request are located on ALL the support tabs of the network you are on.
You need to make sure you are submitting the request on the right site you completed the offer on.
If you are on Instant Rewards and you completed the offer on the $20 site - don't submit the request on the $60 site support tab.
Go to the $20 site and submit the request.
As a backup - send that email confirmation to YOUR networks support team and tell them you also completed the online MCR process.

- You will need the confirmation email of the offer you completed. Be sure to check you spam folder if its not in your inbox.
- You will be submitting the FULL headers (html code for that email) to the support team. Instructions to retrieve headers are on the
- support tab of your network.
- Usually within 24-48 hours the support team will manually apply your missing credit to your account.
As a backup - send that email confirmation to YOUR networks support team and tell them you also completed the online MCR process.
